Our deck is approx 800 square feet. There is a one bedroom apartment on property that has a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen , living room and can be used at an ADDITIONAL fee. The space is great for photo shoots, videos, commercials, social media. Beach and beach acess are 50 feet from tne property.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
