The main level of the home has an open concept kitchen perfect for food and lifestyle photography and living rooms with interesting design elements, a mid-century modern fireplace, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. Other spaces include a kids play room, master bedroom and bath, kids bedroom, and kids loft. Outside there is a large back yard with a two-tear deck, swing set and sandbox. We have poured a lot of love and time into our home and we look forward to sharing that with you for your content creation needs.

The home is completely cleaned prior to guest arriving. We ask that guests leave our home the way it was when they checked in for the rental. Please make sure to take your own trash bags with you at the end of the booking.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
