About the Space
Maine Studio Works is a turnkey photo/video production and event space with two dedicated studios, a prop room, and custom set building. The total square footage is nearly 8,000 sqft, divided into Studio A, 1,200 sqft, and Studio B, nearly 6,000 sqft. Studio A has a dedicated entrance, private bathroom, and kitchenette. Studio B has 2 bath rooms, dedicated entrance, 8x8' window for north facing natural light, and full kitchen with a prop pantry for dish ware, glassware, and smaller surfaces. Both studios have access to a loading dock for easy load-in. We also offer grip and lighting rental for on-site or location. We have capacity of 300 people for private events.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
