Historic Locktender House on the Fox River
About the Space
This house is a unique part of the history of the De Pere Fox River locks. This house was built in 1912 and originally housed the Lock Keeper and their family. It is now a perfect place to host an event next to the water. It is popular for Intimate Weddings, Wedding and Baby Showers, Fundraisers, Family Gatherings, Engagement Parties, Retirement Parties, Photoshoots and more. There are 2 bars located in the house. The lower floor has a speakeasy bar feel that opens to a concrete patio located on the edge of the river. It's truly a special place to host an event and listen to the peaceful sound of water rushing over the dams. Seats 50 people.

The Locktender House has a deep clean done in between each event. Cleaning fee is applied to all rentals.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
