We take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously at our studio. Before and after each rental, our team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes all surfaces, equipment, and furniture with commercial-grade cleaning products. We also provide hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes for guests to use during their rental. To ensure the safety of our guests and staff, we require a cleaning fee for each rental. This fee covers the cost of our cleaning supplies and staff time. Please note that excessive messes or damages may result in additional cleaning fees. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
