This is a beautiful downtown event space located within the Alexandria Ballrooms. This space holds 120 and has two stunning bars, private restrooms, and prep kitchen space. This event space is perfect for conferences, baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays and more. Security and Site Rep are required! It is also a great space for filming and photoshoots.

The space is fully cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking. All floors, surface areas, bathrooms and kitchens are all fully cleaned.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
