Located in Saugus, our clubhouse offers the ideal space for meetings, team retreats, off-sites, and presentations. Versatile enough to host groups up to 20 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Kitchen island with 4 stools - 4 small round tables with seats/booths to accommodate 3 - Large conversational seating area with arm chairs and sectional sofa - Kitchenette equipped with sink, mini refrigerator and dishwasher - Large flat screen TV - Wi-Fi - Data Ports *No parking available on-site. This includes no parking in retail spaces on-site.* FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. Alcohol is not permitted in the space. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
