The studio is a 950 square foot space of incredible natural light, upscale finishings, professional backdrops, professional lighting equipment, and a prop closet for all clients to use. The space is recently renovated and offers an upscale contemporary vibe with access to everything a creator, influencer, podcaster, photographer or videographer may need. The space is absolutely perfect for mid-size productions as well.

Health and Safety Measures
Between every rental all surfaces are wiped down and disinfected. Floors are swept, bathroom is cleaned and disinfected. Please make sure to take any garbage out that was created, spills are cleaned up, and that the studio is rearranged to the way it was upon entering.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
