    About the Space

Could be great for a film shoot of any kind. Garage doors open to natural light. Industrial feel. Office has refinished 80's parquet floors, will be renovating kitchen area but functional as is. Could work for domestic set or commercial depending interest or use. Unusual 1980's Postmodernist exterior design, nicely landscaped. Lots of windows with adjustable blinds. Tall ceilings with exposed wood rafters. 1986 El Camino can be included for hire, for extra fee. Also good with workshop look for bike or car shop industrial look.
