Studios 1 and 2 are available to be rented as a unified unit, connected by a sliding door. This arrangement is perfect for productions that require a private styling, client, or fitting area, or for those seeking multiple shoot spaces to work seamlessly together. Guests have access to a separate shower and kitchenette on the floor, ensuring convenience and comfort. Combined, these studios offer a total floor space of 1800 square feet. The ceiling height throughout is 4.6 meters, providing ample vertical space for creative endeavors. A floor-to-ceiling cove measuring 5.5 meters by 5.5 meters adds to the versatility of the space. The unified unit includes a dedicated beauty area for hair and makeup preparations. Natural light pours in through windows, and blackout curtains are available for complete control over lighting conditions. A production and styling area is provided to facilitate seamless workflows. In terms of power outlets, there is a 32-amp 3-phase outlet, two 32-amp single-phase outlets, and multiple 13-amp outlets to cater to various electrical needs. Two Digi trolleys are available for convenient transportation of digital equipment. For efficient movement of equipment, a large goods lift measuring 3.2 meters by 3.2 meters is accessible, along with a passenger lift for easy studio floor access. A meeting room can be booked at an additional cost of £10 per hour. A Propress steamer is available for rental at £45 per day. A ladder, 15 polyboards, 20 polystands, 15 sandbags, and 6 trestle tables are provided to support various setups and requirements. Guests can enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and oat milk, ensuring a comfortable and refreshed experience. We collaborate with GAS to provide quick, local and efficient delivery of all production equipment - flash and continuous lights, light modifiers, stands, booms, grips, textiles, flags, frames, distribution & more.
