About the Space
Previously a garden/farm with grape vines, peach tree and beautiful roses we've happily kept some of the garden vibes and provide a beautiful green space in the middle of a busy industrial area. From weddings to baby showers, gender reveals, birthday parties or just a pool day with a few friends this is the perfect space for you and yours. We have a 1900 Sq. Ft. space which is composed of a beautiful green lawn on one end and pavers on the other with a pool and deck conveniently located near enough to watch over your guests but also far enough to keep the fun screams away from cozy conversations in the patio. We include indoor space for guests to relax and prep for their event while watching TV or taking a shower in addition to a separate indoor space where we provide a refrigerator and deep freezer.

Health and Safety Measures
Clients are required to ensure that all garbage is bagged at the end of the event. No cups, plates, utensils or food is to be left on the patio. All decorations including balloons must be removed.All personal belongings and decorations must be taken by the client and vendors at the end of the event. Clients must return the space in the same condition it was received.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
