About the Space

A 450 sq ft, light-filled, state-of-the-art Meeting Room inside the 20 million dollar of a renovated 1924 Ferry Boat-turned ultra-modern office building. This state-of-the-art space comes equipped with complete Audio Visual setup, including screens and Zoom Conferencing cameras and microphones. It has a large Board Room table setup for 18, with banquet seating at the sides for an additional 18. The space is regularly used by Fortune 500 companies for board meetings and strategy sessions, as well as by not-for-profits and policy groups for zoom conferences and presentations. Daytime renters also have access to the boat's incredible Roof Deck for breaks; a stunning 10,000 square feet of landscaped deck space with 360 degree views of the SF Bay, the Bay Bridge, downtown San Francisco, Coit Tower and the East Bay. All rentals include a dedicated event manager during lead-up and on-site, free use of in-house furniture in-house AV equipment and technical setup, and unlimited hi-speed wireless. All daytime bookings also include complimentary meeting coffee / tea / water service. Our event managers can also assist with catering / food orders and delivery. In January 2025 $600K was spent on stabilization technology for the Klamath to minimize any sensation of movement on this beautiful historic event space

All spaces join The Klamath are thoroughly cleaned each day during our regular office cleaning protocol, and additionally rented spaces are cleaned post-event prior to the next booking

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
