What was originally a 4 stall horse barn has been turned into an updated barn, rec room with room for a small, intimate event. We added a large deck off the barn with 2 glass garage doors that slide up to open it up and make it bigger. There is a small kitchen, games, projector, piano and tables and chairs inside now for about 12. They can be left for a party or business meeting or moved out for a wedding and more chairs & tables can be put in place for a fee. There are 2 full and 1 half bathrooms inside. The space is versatile and roughly 1000 sq ft under roof and an additional 400 sq ft on deck (not covered). The property is located 1.5 miles from a lot of shops and restaurants yet you feel like you’re tucked way back in the woods. It’s very peaceful.
