It offers a private and spacious outdoor space with a large fire pit, kayaks and fishing off the private pier. The property also features a big dining or meeting room table, providing ample space for group activities or meals. With six bedrooms and 3 bathrooms available, this property can comfortably accommodate large groups, team retreats, or big family events. Events are allowed for up to 15 people. Bedrooms downstairs are perfect for your little ones to rest at! Cold days, np! Gas pit inside of the house will keep you warm!

We take great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. To ensure that the house is always in top condition, we clean it thoroughly after each reservation. Our cleaning process includes wet vacuuming both inside of the house to remove any dirt, dust, or debris. We also sanitize all surfaces, including countertops, tables, and bathroom fixtures, to ensure that they are free of germs and bacteria.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
