About the Space
Our brick building was built as a neighborhood bar c. 1907 and has served as a bar or restaurant ever since! We are open for lunch Wed-Sat. The east facing front windows let in ample natural light and look out to a firehall and former factory building, making this a unique corner in the city that is perfect for photographs or videography. There is a ghost sign of "Gerspach's Sample Room" on the side of the building from the original owner. We have a front patio with 4 tables, chairs and umbrellas. Inside, the cafe bar has high top tables with stools and low tables with chairs in addition to seating at the bar.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
