Renovated Victorian Home with a Modern Flair

Our home was built in 1890 and is part of Ditmas Park, historically known as Victorian Flatbush - it's a lush tree lined neighborhood featuring house after house with driveways, porches that are filled with gorgeous architectural details. Our block is one of the most beautiful street in Ditmas Park, lined with old London Plane Trees. My husband and I renovated one of these house over the course of 3 1/2 years to fit our needs exactly - and on the outside it still has a victorian feel but on the inside, the house is filled with natural light, huge windows, access to both the front porch and the back deck. There are 4 bedrooms that can be used in total on the 2nd floor, 3 of which are bedrooms and another which we use as a second living room/office. Since this is our primary home, we only would be open to vacating the house for a 1+ day(s) film or photographic shoot. Conferences or parties wouldn't really work for our family at the moment since it would be too difficult for us to remove ourselves from the space for just a short amount of time.
