Two studio options. The first is an 1100 sq feet furnished house that is ideal for lifestyle, newborn, branding, boudoir, holiday sessions and more. The house has 2 bedroom spaces, a living area, kitchen and a small loft are. The garage is a separate rental and is ideal for portrait, branding, lifestyle, headshots, child sessions and more. The garage is approximately 500 sq feet and has a frosted glass east facing door, 3 large south facing windows. There is one solid black wall and one solid white wall. Multiple chairs, posing stool, posing blocks &. sofa are available. Furniture is subject to change in either space.

Health and Safety Measures
Renters are required to clean up after themselves as the studio is not professionally cleaned between renters. It is cleaned & disinfected at least weekly.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
