About the Space
The gallery space is used for cocktail parties, ice breakers, birthday parties, workshops, yoga or mediation classes. The front of the gallery is 900 square feet and has beautiful bay windows street facing & street level. The inner gallery is 310 square feet and is a little more private. Beautiful 12.5" ceilings. Wheel chair accessible, 2 bathrooms (1 is wheel chair accessible). There is an open common room by bathrooms for hair & make / changing, storage, etc. 30 white Ikea folding chairs 2 folding tables 30" x 72" small cube fridge wine fridge 2 bathrooms with a utility sink 1 white Ikea table 24" x 40" 3 white pedestals **All other furniture required must be rented by the client.

The gallery will be cleaned before and after the event. COVID is no longer a concern for the cleaning process.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
