About the Space
We are a luxury interior resale and decor shop located in Chicago. An eclectic setting featuring many one of a kind artworks, decor and statement pieces. Not only do you get a beautiful room with historic architecture, and lime washed walls, you will also have access to our inventory. Our inventory typically includes imported antique vessels, marble surfaces and pedestals, African stools, and interior design artwork. Our space has been described as a combination of California and New York in one. Our north and south facing windows, allows for a beautifully lit room with direct sunlight for part of the day and a neutral glow in the north window. This space is perfect for creatives who would like to have access to greenery, unique luxury pieces, and the ability to create customized silhouettes. Our inventory is always changing, so please inquire before hand to see what our showroom currently offers. Accessible photo shooting area includes two large rooms. The owner will be available during every photoshoot to move items and create silhouettes as needed. Smaller furniture and decor can be removed for extra room and space.

Health and Safety Measures
All furniture will be cleaned and wiped down prior to your rental time. Rugs will be vacuumed and cleaned between bookings. Bathrooms are public and shared by the building but are clean regularly by a professional cleaner.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
