Includes access to conference room (with a 4’x8′ table that seats up to 12 guests plus a sofa for up to 3 more guests) and private office spaces if available at time of use, dressing room (with bathroom, two sinks, salon chair, hair and make-up area, clothes rod with hangers, steamer, iron, & ironing board), unique common area with a living-room-style lounge, hot desk and community tables, and a small kitchenette (with coffee/tea pod maker, small fridge, beverage sink, and microwave). Located on the second-floor and available via stair access only. PRICING: 9./hour per person during business hours (M-F 9a-5p). 8-hour minimum purchase REQUIRED. If you need the space outside of these hours, please message us. 29./hour per guest which can be added as an add-on at checkout. No minimum required. Price includes use of space, one onsite rep, & cleaning fee. EXPEDITED BOOKING REQUESTS: For booking requests for reservations made less than 72 hours out, see add-ons at checkout for expedited services. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: Unless noted otherwise, one onsite rep will be present to answer any questions you may have. Includes access to wifi. Two bathrooms, a breakroom (with full-size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, & electric kettle which must be booked, if needed, in advance as an add-on at checkout), a large sink, a wireless printer, and a large kitchen (for pre-made meal prep & must be reserved in advance, if needed, as an add-on at checkout) are available at ground level.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
