Take a stroll down Serendipity Place to The Serendipity Space. Our space is excellent for intimate gatherings such as wedding receptions, social events, trivia events, dance parties, yoga meetups. Sitting on just over 2 acres, our max capacity is 100 people. We have a main area for dancing/gathering as well as a dedicated area for yoga Our galley has a catering area as well as a lounge area We have a great lawn with no rear neighbors Audio/PA equipment, uplighting, dance floor lighting on site for rent 2 separate photo op backdrop stations

We thoroughly clean all areas between bookings. Sweeping, mopping and wiping down of all surfaces. Bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned as well with Lysol products.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
