You and your team will have access to our beautiful yard, which features a dining table, comfortable seating, garden beds, a gas fire pit, and a barbecue. Our indoor space is very comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen, open concept dining room and living room, and a bathroom upstairs. Additionally, the bedroom may be made available for certain shoots, please contact us for your request. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
