Chic Hamptons House with Pool
About the Space
Chic Hamptons house is a newly constructed 1,000 square foot two-bed, two-bath guest-house with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The living room and kitchen are separated from the bedrooms and bathrooms by a sliding door providing privacy for talent holding if needed. The guest house opens up to sprawling greenery leading down to a gunite pool surrounded by grass and multiple outdoor living areas. There is a third outdoor bathroom and shower available adjacent to the pool area. 15-foot evergreens enclose the perimeter of the entire property for complete privacy from the neighborhood during your shoot. There are multiple oak trees on the property that provide natural shade but plenty of sun shines through all day. Site was used to film a daily live television show during the pandemic using the high-speed internet. It was also used to shoot a broadcast commercial spot. The property has an oversized driveway for easy load-in/load-out and parking. We look forward to hosting your shoot!

Professional cleaners are hired between bookings and a cleaning fee will be charged to all productions.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
