Beautiful, well maintained 2 story home with finished basement (movie theatre room, office and spa set up), in ground pool, and outdoor deck (newly installation -7/25/23). There are several gardens around the home. Homes is a total of 6400 sq ft but cozy and comfortable. with grand size primary bedroom. Large kitchen and center island with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and oversized primary bedroom with walk in closet and office. Hardwood floors throughout except bedrooms and family room. Suited for multiple activities including gatherings, parties, workshops and filming. The entire home is open for filming purposes however for more events such as gatherings, parties or workshops some more private or work space areas will not be available.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
HEPA filters throughout with ionizers on each floor of home for air purification. Home surfaces and furniture are cleaned with non-toxic, disinfecting agents daily. Common areas (i.e bathrooms, kitchen, family room, etc) are sanitized daily. Floors and carpeting are are swept and vacuumed near daily. Shoes are removed at door and exchanged for disposable footies always. I operated a small spa in the basement and there have been no issues with cleanliness or illnesses to date.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
