About the Space
Our space was made for creators like you. 800 square feet. Very spacious, clean, comfortable with Heat, Air Conditioning, Mood Lighting, Sound System, Tv and more. LOFT - (700 square feet) large open space Features huge floor to ceiling windows, and wall mirrors which allows natural day light to cover room. Great for Meetings, Conferences, Photo shoots, Video shoots, Auditions, Rehearsals, Group meetings. **PLEASE NOTE** Set-up and break-down time is included in hours you book so please take that into account upon booking our space. We operate under a system of self-sufficiency. The space is accessible via Keypad entry. Our team will be in communication with you in regards to how to get in after your booking is confirmed as well as answer any questions or concerns you may have. **PLEASE NOTE** Being that our studio works on self sufficiency, we expect our clients to upkeep the space and leave it in the way it was presented to you at the start of your session. *PLEASE NOTE* Any bookings over our 2 hr Minimum will incur an overtime fee 1.5 the hourly fee, this fee applies after the first 15 minutes past your check-out time. - White Backdrop Complimentary, fees apply when pulled to the floor and stepped on. - Additional color backdrops include grey & black. They are $10.00 per pull. - Any other specific color request would be a cost of $60.00. (If you're making a request for specific colors, please let us know at least 72hrs in advance) All other equipment listed below is included in the rental rate. *If there’s any questions in regards to equipment, please ask staff and we’ll assist you.

We greatly appreciate your business, Being our space is self sufficient we politely ask you to please keep the enviroment clean for yourself and for others. Wipe down tables and surface areas where you have used. Cleaning supplies can be found in the black portable cabinets lower section, after cleaning please place those items back. Please sweep and use dust pan to ensure space is clean.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
