Rustic Downtown Space with Rare Art

Our home is ideal for baby showers, light parties and small gatherings. We also welcome private parties. In the past we hosted private venture capital events, themed parties with artists onsite. The caterers can use the garage to get in and unload their cars and there is always room for one car in the garage for deliveries and preparations. The down stairs room is the library room decorated with large book cases, a full size bed and a desk and chair. The room has a walk in closet that guests can leave their jackets or change. Guests can use the bathroom as the powder room before arriving to the main area. Main area is located in the second room with a tiled gourmet kitchen, high end Termador fridge and an under counter beverage fridge. The house is decorated with oriental carpets that are uniquely designed for the space and art. As the guests step in the second floor they will start seeing wood cut print arts and then main area includes several murals and more print art from Central and South American Artists. The food is usually served on the large counter top and guests can mingle and enjoy the further arts. The pendant floor lights designed by an artist and each pieces are uniquely put together to represent different elements, light, metal and glass. The large vases are represent the earth with each element in those.
