Rent out our dance studio for your next class, workshop or event! This space was designed to be a yoga / dance room, but we also use it for ceremonies and larger group meetings. This space includes water for your guests, yoga mats, blocks, straps, a Bluetooth speaker and a variety of instruments you can use during your event. You will have access to our upper lounge area during your rental. Our location is located 10 mins away from Herry Reid airport and 8 mins away from the Las Vegas Strip. We can supply black folding chairs and 6-foot folding tables upon request and based on availability. Please let us know what you will need for your event before you arrive. The upper lounge includes: Seating for 7 (4 Chairs and 1 Sofa) Two end tables and one coffee table This space is part of a 3000 sqft studio that offers classes and open gym sessions 7 days a week. While not overly noisy, you can expect there to be music playing and people talking outside of this room during your reservation. If you need absolute silence during your event, we recommend renting out the entire studio. (Check our profile for other listings and prices) This space is available for: - photo/film shoots - content creation - vlogging - film shoots - commercials - etc -Rate for bookings outside of business hours is $50/HR - The mirrors in this space are made from a special material that is very hard to clean. Please ensure that your group does not lean on, touch or dirty the mirrors during your booking. A cleaning fee of $50 will be charged at the end of your rental if the mirrors are impacted in any way.
