About the Space

Brand new, large 1300 sq ft Photo studio for photography, cinematography, auditions, and workshops Located in the Arts District of DTLA with lots of parking and free lighting gear. Amazing value for the amount of space, quality and amenities included. The studio has a private dressing area for clients. Vanity area in studio. Microwave, and Refrigerator available in unit. Bathrooms are available right off the elevator to your left or right. Key box by entrance door for entry. All guests will receive a code when booking to access the studio. When you enter the the code the key box will open and you can remove the key. Turn left and push the door open. Please close box and it will lock itself. At the end of the of your booking PLEASE RETURN KEY IN KEYBOX. Enter the code given for your booking and place key in and close box. The studio has a 16' wide x 12' high x 12' deep with a 3' radius CYC WALL. Cyc wall will ALWAYS come AS IS unless you select the add on for the cyc wall to be freshly painted. The floors are concrete floors. Big window that allows beautiful natural light to come into space. Impact crushed Muslim Background (10x20', Grey) set up in studio. Setup is to not be taken down but available to shoot on. Seamless backdrops are available for add ons. BLUETOOTH MUSIC - TO CONNECT MAKE SURE BLUETOOTH IS TURNED ON. IN BACK OF THE UNIT YOU WILL SEE A WIFI AND BLUETOOTH BUTTON. MAKE SURE TO HOLD DOWN THE SIDE FOR THE BLUETOOTH TILL YOU HEAR A NOISE AND YOU SEE THE BLUE LIGHT FLASHING ON THE DEVICE. (WEEKDAYS ONLY) If weekend is needed MUST BE REQUESTED BEFORE 1PM ON FRIDAY. ANY ADD ONS MUST BE REQUESTED 24-48 HOURS BEFORE BOOKING. IF REQUESTED LESS THAN 24 HOURS DELIVERY AND OR ACCEPTANCE MAY VARY. Overtime Overtime will be billed in half hour increments at the rate of 1.5x the hourly rate of the space. That includes any time spent before of after your confirmed booking. At the end of your booking, you must remove all belongings & items that your brought into the space and exit the door to avoid the overage charge. If your overtime conflicts with the next reservation, you will be billed at 2.5x the hourly rate as a result of this negligence. We do not accommodate free time for setting up and tearing down and there is no "grace period" for this. So be sure to add that into your reservation if extra time is needed. -Furniture may be moved as long as its placed back where you found it to avoid additional fees. Absolutely no hard to clean materials on the bench. If bench is damaged, destroyed in any type of way a fee of $250 will be charged. That means no glitter, confetti, dry color, oil, liquid, chalk, dirt, soil, sand, rock or similar materials. - Pets are ONLY allowed with a "Pet fee" add-on. Without this add-on or authorization from the host, you will be charged a $50 pet fee + additional $100 penalty. - NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT. You will receive a $500 charge if smoking occurs. CYC WALL RULES - Cyc wall will be as is unless painted cyc is selected during check out. - Everyone besides the talent must wear foot coverings when walking on the cyc. - To help keep cyc clean we ask to avoid walking on the cyc wall before the shoot; otherwise you will get it dirty before your project even begins shooting. - Before you step on the cyc please take a moment to clean the shoes "soles" . - Clean shoes only on the cyc wall. If. you need to tape the soles of shoes please do so. - Do not step on the curved part of the wall as it can be easily broken. - Absolutely no dragging furniture, stands, tripods, or heavy equipment across the cyc wall area. -Dont not put your feet on or lean against the vertical wall or the curved part of the wall. If you do you will be charged $50 repainting fee for the wall (not floor). - No skating or riding in any way on the curved cyc wall corner, or you will be charged for repainting an repairs. - Any structural damage to the cyc wall will result in a cyc wall restoration fee based on repair cost. Backdrop seamless paper rentals - These are not included in the booking. Must be added in booking atleast 48 hours prior to your booking. -Roll colors are available based on what we have in stock. -Backdrops are $20 a roll and if damaged from start to the end of your booking will be charged the entire fee ($75) of the roll. CLEANING - We have a mandatory cleaning fee that is added to every reservation to accommodate making sure the space is sanitized between bookings. END OF RESERVATION - please take out trash to the trash rooms down the hall. Make sure lights have been turned off in the unit. When leaving please make sure unit is locked before your departure. You will be charged any damages that occur if the unit is not locked. - CANCELATIONS - Any reservations that are cancelled the day of will result in a fee of 50% of the reservation fee.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
