NOTE: No amplified music, No DJ , no live band with speakers etc. Can use small blue tooth speaker for the vibes but at a moderate low level. Lastly, no alcohol. This intimate ground level store front gallery space is 29 x 15. This is one main open multi-purpose space and can be utilized for small non amplified acoustic music events, gallery events, meetings, film and video screenings, book signings, presentations etc. The space can accommodate up 30-40 people at a time and has been utilized for exhibitions that have had about 100 people that are flowing in and out. The space has a very large bathroom two main windows that are mid street level.
