Whether you’re planning business events, meetings, workshops, seminars, classes, social gatherings, photoshoots/video shoots, realtor content, or marketing content, Soora Gallery offers the perfect setting for creating and connecting. Essence Room (Board Room): Our space boasts a state-of-the-art boardroom designed for productive, polished business gatherings. The Essence Room is ideal for conferences, workshops, team meetings, and client sessions. Other Rooms & Spaces: In addition to the boardroom, Soora includes the Luna Room, Lumier Room, and the Boutique, perfect for breakout sessions, prep areas, private setups, or content creation. For larger events and celebrations, Harmonia Hall provides a spacious main gathering area with a stunning backdrop for any occasion. We also welcome art exhibitions, with flexible options for showcasing your work in an impressive setting. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Inspection: Before cleaning begins, the cleaning staff inspects the entire property to identify any areas that require special attention or repairs. They make note of any damages or issues that need to be addressed. Decluttering and organizing: The cleaners start by removing any trash or clutter left behind by previous guests. They tidy up the space, organizing items such as furniture, pillows, and decor. Dusting and wiping: All surfaces, including furniture, countertops, shelves, and electronics, are thoroughly dusted and wiped down. This step helps eliminate dust, dirt, and allergens from the living spaces. Vacuuming and mopping: The cleaning team vacuum cleans all carpets, rugs, and upholstery to remove any debris or pet hair. Hardwood, tile, or laminate floors are mopped or cleaned using appropriate cleaning agents for a sparkling finish. Kitchen cleaning: The kitchen area undergoes detailed cleaning. Countertops, sinks, appliances (including the oven, refrigerator, microwave), and cabinets are cleaned and disinfected. Any dishes left behind are washed, and new dishware is provided. Bathroom sanitization: Bathrooms receive special attention to ensure maximum cleanliness and hygiene. Toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, and all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Fresh towels, toiletries, and toilet paper are provided. Bedding and linen change: All bedding, including sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers, is removed and replaced with freshly laundered ones. Mattresses are checked for stains or damage and protected with covers for future guests. Restocking supplies: Essential supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and other amenities are restocked in the bathrooms. Cleaning products, trash bags, and laundry detergent are replenished as needed. Final inspection: Once the cleaning process is complete, a final inspection is conducted to ensure that everything meets the required standards. Any missed spots are addressed.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
