Boasting a capacity of 60 people over 2 floors, the space is perfect for intimate gatherings with a focus on comfort and atmosphere. As soon as you walk through the door, you'll be greeted with a spacious ground floor lounge area that provides a welcoming environment for you and your guests. Additionally, the basement studio provides an intimate ambiance with more lounge and seating areas along with an additional toilet and kitchenette. Venue details: -In-house PA system for live music performances, DJs or background music. -Built in projector and screen to showcase any visuals during your event. -2 toilets -2 Kitchenettes with fridge / freezer -Ample seating / lounge areas -Atmospheric lighting

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
