About Urban Workshop
We have an approximately 20K square foot space which is fitted with commercial industrial equipment: woodshop, automobile lifts, metal shop, assembly area and large multi-purpose room. We have numerous rest rooms, a full kitchen and 5000 sq. ft. of air conditioned office space. We have hosted many large events, including professional film shoots

We have a busy Makerspace which necessitates almost constant cleaning. The kitchen and bathroom areas are cleaned and disinfected daily.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
