Beautiful new East Hampton home with heated pool and grill. Remodel completed in June 2021. 4 bedroom 3 bath house
Lounge by the pool or enjoy a BBQ with the outdoor grill and outdoor dining set. The open concept kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room seats 6 comfortably on an extendable dining table. The living room flows into a family room stocked with board games and a large screen smart TV in an open floor plan. There are two WFH set ups (desk and chair) in bedroom 1 and 3 (not pictured) for your convenience.
Enjoy the tranquil and serene neighborhood of East Hampton Springs. Bay beaches are just a 5 min drive away and ocean beaches are 15 min drive. The town of Amagansett is 10 minutes away, village of East Hampton 12 min, and Montauk is 20 min away.
