Welcome to my home in Chorlton! It’s a raised ground floor flat in an old Victorian building, built in the early 1900’s and renovated in 2018 in a light, modern and minimalist style. The whole space is available to use, which includes large bedroom with bay windows, smaller double bedroom, bathroom with shower/tub and open plan kitchen, lounge, diner. The flat has lots of large windows making it an absolute sun trap - it’s nice and bright throughout the day. The flat is a bit of a blank canvas for you with white walls throughout and wooden floors. The only permanent fixtures and the beautiful wooden shelves in the living space. The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, gas top, fridge and separate freezer. The location is great, within walking distance to the centre of Chorlton, Whalley Range and less than 10 minutes in the car from Manchester City Centre and Salford Quays.

The space will be cleaned between each booking. High touch surfaces will be wiped down with disinfectant and hand sanitizer available.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
