Price ranges from $60-$150/hr depending on the number of studios/rooms you use and people in attendance. Located close to downtown Burbank, this studio offers over 2500 sq ft of space that is perfect for pop-up events, galas, classes and more. This beautiful facility offers a large studio, a smaller video studio, a green room which can be used for multiple purposes (not pictured yet) and an office. You are welcome to tour the space before you book. It's worth seeing! Also happy to send more photos and videos. Photo and video equipment and photographers are available as an add-on. Includes: - On-site Studio Manager - Cyc Wall - Free street parking - 1-2 Restrooms (depending on which rooms are rented) - Lounge Areas - Hair and Make Up Station - Dressing Room - High Speed Internet *Event insurance may be required.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
