Welcome to this beautiful home, bright and modern located in desirable area of Bel Air . Large open floor plan , modern kitchen with marble counters and hardwood floors. Lots of natural light. We offer only first floor approximately 1400 square feet, with one bathroom, patio and backyard . The home is great for small groups ( under 15 people total) for photo shoots , filming or small events. This is our home where we live full time. We ask that you treat it as if it was your own and leave it the way you find it. Because this is our home , there may be slight variations between the listing’s pictures and the house.
