Designed to provide a neutral and comfortable environment, offering a unique setting that is perfect for both professional and social occasions. The venue includes a private entry to a cozy outdoor garden that leads into open space with private bar, darts and TVs. Tables and chairs can be moved around for a suitable format for your party/event. Outside Caterers are welcome! Some amenities include: - Full access to garden & rental space with private entrance - Outdoor patio table and chairs - Skylights & large windows for natural light - Built-in bar - Tables, and chairs - 6ft & 8ft rectangular folding tables, 1 ft square tables, and chairs - TV's - Free onsite parking Hours Of Operation: - We are happy to provide the space between 9 am and 9 pm. - Please be aware that setup and breakdown must be included within your rental window - 9 pm is the latest time and reflects the time the space should be vacated

Health and Safety Measures
To ensure we keep our guests safe, the space is cleaned and sanitized with antibacterial cleaners after each booking. Antibacterial soap for handwashing and cleaning/disinfectant products to use during your booking are provided if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
