And finally a 1,500sqft patio space with photo wall. 23 Parking spaces in lot and FREE parking on every street around the event A front patio area for hanging out Across the street from the Lorenzo Hotel and a airbnb complex next store, so you can keep your out of town guests/family close to the space *TOURS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (Please do not interrupt events that are going on) *NO SMOKING INSIDE - if anyone is caught smoking inside the space it will be a $1,500 fee!! (remember we have cameras in every room) *We also have 10 6ft tables for rent ($10 each) and 10 tall (42") cocktail tables for rent ($15 each) (I have NO chairs or table cloths) *Also remember to book the time you need to set up and break down.
