Voted Best event space in Dallas. 3,000 sqft plus 1,500sqft patio in The Cedars neighborhood just south of Downtown With 4 unique party areas included. First is the large West Space with a roll up garage door. North Space (entry) with 2 oversized 1970s style windows and 14 ft ceilings and South Space next to the new open kitchen with 2 refrigerators and 2 large tables. And finally a 1,500sqft patio space with photo wall. 23 Parking spaces in lot and FREE parking on every street around the event A front patio area for hanging out Across the street from the Lorenzo Hotel and a airbnb complex next store, so you can keep your out of town guests/family close to the space *TOURS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (Please do not interrupt events that are going on) *NO SMOKING INSIDE - if anyone is caught smoking inside the space it will be a $1,500 fee!! (remember we have cameras in every room) *We also have 10 6ft tables for rent ($10 each) and 10 tall (42") cocktail tables for rent ($15 each) (I have NO chairs or table cloths) *Also remember to book the time you need to set up and break down. If you go 5 mins over the time you booked it will be charged as a full hour of Overtime and you will be charged $310 for every hour over of your booking time. Early check in available for $100-$210 (30min - 1 hour before booked time) *Everyone needs to be out of the space and gate by end of booking time Thank you, looking forward to hosting your next great event

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
