Our creative space is located in the heart of the Toronto Entertainment District. We have 1300sqft of open studio space available for Photo and Video shoots, Workshops, Meetings, Galleries, and more. We are a 3 minute walk to TIFF Bell Lightbox and a 7 minute walk to CN tower. The studio is located just minutes from King street bars/restaurants, as well as the King Streetcar and St Andrew Subway Station. All surfaces are sanitized after each booking. There is also a sink, and hand sanitizers in the room for all guests. Cleaning fee will be applied if space is left noticeably messy or chaotic - otherwise, we do not charge cleaning fee, but please be respectful of the space, and leave it the same way it was when you arrived.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
