IPO is Ottawa's largest meeting room and serviced office provider. The neighborhood is relatively quiet for a downtown location and there are many local amenities all within walking distance. Our space can host many different functions depending on your needs. We have 5 Seminar Spaces (up to 1,200 sq.ft.) and 5 Boardrooms (up to 200 sq.ft.) along with furnished day-offices with telephone and internet. We typically host to businesses and professionals that are doing training, seminars, having work meetings, have zoom meetings, etc.. We have Wi-Fi throughout our entire building and there are kitchen facilities that you can use while booking the space.

Rooms are professionally cleaned daily regardless of bookings in the space to maintain the most hygienic space possible.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
