Back porch looks out on par 5 fairway, front porch looks out on tee box. Multiple video and photo shoots have been done at the home. Room for parking in the driveway (4 to 5 cars) and in the spacious cul-de-sac where the home is located.

We hire professional cleaning crews in between bookings to ensure that all spaces are ready for production. We stock cleaning and sanitation supplies on hand to be used during production as well.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
