Welcome to our quaint Liquor Store / Mini Market with a retro vibe and decor. This set is specifically built for filmmakers so you never have to worry about filming around customers or paying excessive fees to close the doors to the public. We are a store front so you can film from the sidewalk and walk right into our location like it's a real convenience store! We have a separate room just behind the set that you can utilize as holding, makeup, wardrobe, or whatever you wish. Inside that space is another bathroom, sink, mini-fridge, wardrobe rack, vanity, mirror, couch and chairs. Shelves are stocked with liquor bottles, snacks, and miscellaneous household supplies, as well as a refrigerator section. Also includes an ATM and lotto ticket props. Past projects have transformed this space into a Liquor Store, Convenience Store, Market, Fishing Shop, Pharmacy and much more! There are 2 bathrooms. There is AC. There are lots of outlets. There is a backroom for holding, DIT, makeup, etc. There is Wifi. We have two guaranteed parking space in the back as well. Otherwise there is lots of street and residential parking.
