Bigger, better, and even more spectacular views! Our flexible studio space can be transformed for whatever use you have in mind. Theatre rehearsals, performances, classes, fitness sessions, pop-up shops, intimate weddings, parties, photo and video shoots, fashion shows, getting the band back together, family meetings…you name it. And, with some of the most picturesque views of the Big Apple from up top, you and your guests will always be entertained. A newly renovated, ventilated, column free, private studio in the heart of the theater district/hell's kitchen for an hourly or weekly rental. The intimate studio measures 18ft x 42ft and comes equipped with a wooden dance floor, piano, mirrors, wifi, copy services, smart tv, and necessary props and furniture. We have colored LED track lights available in our studio. Choose from 12 different color temperatures and integrated LED options. With a sleek design, these commercial track lights are sure to add a unique touch to your event.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected. Guests must return space as found, by packing up all chairs and tables used, and disposing of trash. Set-up and clean-up should be done during booking time. No food or drinks that will leave stickiness or stains anywhere within the space. Please be mindful. NO CONFETTI!
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
