The space is very close to Wynwood art district. In the space you can either host a meeting, throw a party or work out of. There is also a radio station in the space as well as a synth recording studio. The station lends itself to booking DJ's for your event in the front room. All in all a fantastic space for a fun party. There is also a bay door that opens to a patio with furniture and lights.

We host guests all week and have developed methods for distancing. It's a very safe place to be.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
