It has a Walkout Patio with a Gas Grill and Patio Furniture with a Large Open Back Yard. A Kitchen with all the Appliances to prepare Food for any type of Event. A Dining Room connected to the Living Room with a Conversational Couch and Comfortable Chairs with Lamp Stands and Lamps to light up the Room! 4 Big Spacious Bedrooms with big Smart TV’s with Local Cable and ability to run all your Apps on high speed Internet! The Family Room and Living Rooms are Equipped with large Smart TV’s as well! There are Comfortable Couches and Stuffed Chairs to enjoy a Movie Night. An additional Pull out Couch for extra Guests is in the extended Family Room. The 2 Stalls of the attached Garage is Heated with remote entry. It’s ready for any Planned Gathering with a Short or long Stay!

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
