The house is fitted with plantation shutters across the property. The large sliding doors on between the Lounge and Kitchen is fitted with a large curtain.

Minimum noise unless there is a property nearby under renovation. The property is located on a quite street.

Ground Floor

Park on the drive (big enough for one car only) and move equipment by hand. Ramp to be installed by client if required as there are 3 long steps leading to the property main entrance.

Basement

UK standard residential power output rating. There are plug sockets in all rooms apart from bathrooms

1. Blue overshoes must be worn in the Location or shoes removed 2. Rooms/areas used by the crew and equipment must have adequate floor protections, specially anything placed on the kitchen polished concrete floor 3. No smoking in or around the Location 4. Food and drink can only be consumed in the kitchen, this to avoid accidents we experienced in the past i.e., stains on carpets, furniture, sofas, and bedrooms. 5. Wash and put away any kitchen utensils used 6. Any changes to the Location ‑ e.g., moving of furniture, taking down of pictures, use of Locations items must be pre‑approved by the Host prior to the shoot, or on the shoot day 7. All furniture to be lifted, not dragged, agree on large pieces being moved pre shoot or contact location main contact on the day. 8. All furniture and Location items must be replaced as original placement. We advise taking pictures pre moving furniture etc. 9. All rubbish to be removed from the Location 10. The Lead Crew Member to conduct walk around the Location with the Host on arrival and before leaving the Location to ensure both parties are happy 11. Appropriate floor protection to be used at all times in any areas used by the crew, including areas for hair/ makeup or breaks, ESPECIALLY over the polished concrete flooring in the kitchen area as it scratches easily, and repairing is costly. 12. Discuss any extra furnishings such as blankets, stools etc prior to the shoot to ensure both parties are happy/clear about what will be used. 13. Use coasters on all surfaces 14. When moving the dining table, ensure it is carefully lifted (not dragged) 15. Please advise if any of the beds are being used for the shoot, own bedding must be provided, and we will remove property bedding in advance of shooting days 16. Drive must be protected when parking anything which could leak or when unloading anything which could stain 17. The flat roof cannot be used to walk on or stand any equipment 18. Use of generators must be agreed with the location in advance of the shoot. It must be a silent generator. 19. Any noisy equipment used in and around the property must be discussed pre shoot, as property is located in a residential area 20. This location does not authorize photography/videography of nude, glamour, or adult content work. When in doubt just ask. 21. All hair and makeup equipment and products must not be placed on any surfaces without the use of a protection cover.
