    About the Space

This modern and cozy residence will welcome your cast and crew with open arms. It's a great place for productions. Photoshoots, music videos, short films, feature films, TV series, webs series, live streams, and podcasts - just to name a few. There is free Wi-Fi and onsite parking for convenience. The entire home is available for photographing and filming including the large front and back yard. Each room consists of its own uniqueness. The main bedroom boasts a king size bed and a 65-inch flat screen TV to match the grandeur. The middle bedroom embodies an LED theme that can be turned on and off as desired. The third bedroom features a bunk bed and an abstract tie dye design. The bathroom is enchanted with marble flooring and marble backsplash in the shower. Enjoy lunch and dinner breaks together at the dining table with the marble dinner set. An air fryer, toaster, and coffee maker are available in the kitchen. Blackout curtains are hung up in the living room and bedrooms so production companies can control natural lighting.
