About the Space
This is a brand new custom home in Newport Heights with ocean views from all levels. We are currently offering the 1st level that includes a large courtyard with spa/water feature, large outdoor kitchen and LaCantina doors that retract into the wall to open the kitchen and living room to create an amazing entertaining space for parties or events. The space can accommodate up to 100 people There is a outdoor bathroom in courtyard as well as a bathroom near the guest bedroom. The retractable doors can be open or closed per your preference. There are 2 ceiling heaters in the courtyard and a fire pit that can seat up to 10. The BBQ outdoor Kitchen is great for having a bartender and or hosting catered food for your guests. The outdoor bar stools can be taken away if needed. We have 4 high top bar tables and four 6 foot long tables available and set up per your request.

Our home is cleaned between each event and it is also cleaned twice a week on a ongoing basis.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
