    A very large studio (43' x 35') available with sprung Marley dance floors, mirrors, barres, sound system, TV, and a piano. Lots of natural light from windows and skylights. Great for dance, theatre, or photography and has been in the arts community for decades! Could be used for events and meetings as well. We are a lighting and sound company so if you need any special lights or sound equipment and a technician to run them, we've got you covered! **Please note: The space is upstairs with no elevator**

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
