About the Space
Typically used as a boudoir studio, there are several room options including dark and moody, light and airy, and a brick wall with greenery and a claw footed tub. The oversized staircase and large windows are great for photo opportunities. Only the space is provided, not lights or other camera equipment, but we are happy to try to assist in the case where you may need loaner gear. This space is available for: - photo/film shoots - content creation - vlogging - film shoots - commercials - etc Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested. Health and Safety Measures
The studio is professionally cleaned regularly but is maintained by owner on a day to day basis according to health officials guidelines. Owner has completed an online course on these standards in order to better serve guests and keep everyone healthy and happy. We do expect guests to respect the space, and leave it the way you found it. Bring anything you bought in, out with you and nothing more. Do not enter upstairs offices or downstairs storage. Those areas will not have additional cleaning protocols.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
